A word about DMs. There are locations on our site where we offer users the ability to send invites to their followers. These send Direct Messages. They are all optional. We also offer users the ability to opt-out of all DMs from the footer of every page. If one of your followers doesn’t like getting DMs, please don’t send them any more or at least refer them to the opt out page. The goal is to introduce people to products they might like. If you see someone who is confused about this, please refer them here or have them send us an email to discuss. Thanks everyone!

Best Trivia Game Contest $100 iTunes or Amazon gift (plus $100 for the person who referred you!)
How it works: Go to http://www.twables.com/guess140 and create a Trivia game with at least 10 questions. The person who creates the best game wins a $100 iTunes or Amazon gift card. Not good at trivia but know someone who is? If they win and you referred them, you’ll get $100 too for referring them.
Criteria to win: 30% popularity of your trivia, 30% quality of your questions, 40% originality of your questions. Judging will be conducted by our expert panel. Your trivia must have at least 10 questions and must be original work by you. You may enter as many times as you like. You must be 13 years or older to win. Prizes will be distributed through the US iTunes or Amazon store.
Deadline: You must submit your trivia by 8/26 12pm PST. Winner will be announced on 9/26 12pm PST by direct message. Winner may provide the name of one Twitter user who referred them.
Start Date: The game starts August 10th at 12pm PST. Only games created after this time are eligible. We are reliant on Twitter and other third party services, so if their services are down we will not be able to change the rules to accommodate.

We’re just fixing the last of the bugs as we prepare to officially launch Two Tweets and Lie. We are realizing that Twitter is not really designed to handle the concept of applications that aren’t simply tools for reading and writing tweets, and we fully expect users to question many of the ways that we tie into the system.
